I could hardly walk due to terrible back and hip pain that kept me awake. After numerous ineffective prescriptions, I decided to try this product. I initially had difficulty walking and experienced pain even while sleeping due to hip dysplasia. Although glucosamine is expensive in Japan, I find this product reasonably priced and effective. I've significantly improved, allowing me to walk and exercise without pain. The size of the capsule is a bit large, but I even sprinkle it on my dog's food to help with her back pain. This product comes highly recommended.

Valid act. They indeed start working, although not immediately; I noticed improvement after a month of taking 2 capsules each in the morning and evening. The capsules are rather large. Previously, I struggled to sleep for more than 4 hours due to pain, but now I sleep around 7 hours and no longer experience such severe pain. I have also felt gradual improvement down my spine. Thus, I recommend this.

After over ten days of taking this product, the pain in my knee significantly improved, especially noticeable going up and down stairs. Furthermore, my back pain has decreased. Prior to this, I struggled to sleep or sit comfortably, but now I feel revitalised. I will continue using it!

I started using this chondroprotector a year ago, adding collagen initially. I quickly noticed an easier range of motion in my joints and less pain. I also experienced a shorter recovery time after increased physical activity, making my Nordic walks much more enjoyable. I recommended it to a friend with knee issues, and after just a week, she reported significant improvement and better sleep.

Unfortunately, it didn't suit me as I experienced side effects, specifically sleep disturbances and vision problems. Consequently, I stopped taking it, and everything cleared up after five days.
